How Springboard Works
Springboard turns “I can’t save the deposit” into “I own my home.” Here’s the whole journey, start to finish — with little or no deposit saved.
What Is Community Funding Program?
The Community Funding Program is money contributed by community members that covers the deposit and the upfront costs of buying — including legals and stamp duty. Instead of saving for years, you buy now on a standard home loan, and refinance to full ownership down the track. We’re facilitators: we check you qualify, then connect you with our licensed Finance team and the Community Funding Program to make the purchase happen.

The Community Funding Program Covers Your Deposit
Our Community Funding Program covers the deposit and upfront costs — including legals and stamp duty. The hurdle that stops most people, removed.
No savings needed
A Standard Home Loan Covers the Rest
The majority of the purchase is a normal home loan from an accredited lender, arranged through our Finance team.

Move In & Make Repayments
You move in and make repayments — a bit above what you’d pay in rent. Every 12 months, the Program reviews your ability to refinance and pay out the deposit loan.
Reviewed every 12 months
Refinance & Own It
When you can refinance, you pay out the deposit loan, the Community Funding Program is repaid, and you’re left owning your home.
You own your home
Who It Helps
First Home Buyers
Ready to own but stuck behind the deposit wall. The Community Funding Program removes the one barrier standing in your way.
A Fresh Start
After a separation, a business chapter that’s closed, or a past credit event now behind you — if your income and recent record are solid, a past chapter doesn’t have to define your future.
